Restaurant: 小雨天 (士丹利街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 才不過三十元吧了!這裡有十七款醒晨早餐可揀,公仔麵、上海麵、米線、通粉都可以,湯底可改鮮茄湯,不另加錢,帶骨豬扒大大件,也有點脂膏,而且還不吝嗇地下了不少黃芽白做配菜,冷熱飲品同價,不會凍飲加三元,還要大大一杯。更重要的是,整碗「秘製鮮茄豬扒上海麵」味道不差,雖不算是甚麼精彩美食,但卻既飽肚,又豐富。在中環區,還不算是其中一處最抵食的早餐好去處?有此性價比,雖然店舖其貌不揚,無論門面還是內攏也不吸引,這間主要吃雲南米線的店子仍是個吃早餐的好地方。這天初次光顧這間「小雨天」,是在一個大雨天,有意思。
