以前從來唔會買粉仔,皆因食過一次,雖然味道還可以,但粉仔好「霉」,口感極差,冇下次。直到石籬粉仔開張,身邊好多朋友食完都讚口不絕,趁墟試過一次之後,就成為我經常食嘅宵夜😛外賣袋設計感幾強,好有自家特色👍🏻招牌粉仔29蚊,外賣加一蚊,附送兩包特制菜脯,一包辣一包唔辣,另外有罐裝菜脯賣,三十蚊一罐。其實落一包就好夠味,我每次都只落辣嗰包,所以雪櫃堆積咗幾包原味菜脯,留返撈飯都唔錯😉到底係啲咩令我對粉仔改觀呢?首先佢嘅湯底好有誠意,加入冬茹片、蝦米仔同極邪惡嘅豬油渣,令到湯底又鮮又香,湯底有少少稠度,能夠均勻咁樣掛喺粉仔上面👍🏻最最最重要係佢嘅粉仔腍軟入味得嚟又唔會煮到發哂或者溶哂,同其他地方食嘅真係差好遠♥️
