To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食晏有時都會過嚟呢度食, 有次撳完飛，望住個mon，等咗半日都未有叫號。原來係個職員冇scan到張單。咁都未完，叫個鴛鴦炒飯加大飯另上,個職員將啲飯汁分離，然後就話飯另上咪即係同汁分離，態度差都算。衛生環境就奶嘢，先唔講啲卡位仲有啲食物殘渣未抹，食個飯食到一半突然間有隻小強爬出嚟🤢🤢搵咗好耐先摷返佢出嚟，我淨係想快快脆脆食埋個晏就走，唉搞到咩胃口都冇曬。味道就一般,正正常常大家樂。價錢就冇乜好講,都係連鎖價,咁個服務態度質素,搞唔掂。
