To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直對拉麵無特別興趣同要求既我, 事緣一次去日本無敵家食過一碗真正既地道拉麵, 先知道原來一碗拉麵都有好多層次!聞名已久既豚王, 抵唔住佢條長長既人龍而一直未有機會一試. 可能係搬咗新舖同所有人去唒食一蘭之故, 竟然walk-in即刻有位!第一次食最招牌既"豚王", 揀咗最濃既湯底, 香油同適量既辣油. 碗麵嚟到先飲一啖湯, D豬骨既油份直情係有醬住口既感覺, 好濃好甜! 再食下隻溏心蛋, D蛋黃噗一聲流出嚟, 好好味呀～唔使一陣就食完, 仲有D唔夠喉添! 下次要試埋"赤王"先!
