To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鍾意食台式磚塊，當中茶木可以話係性價比最高，今日黎到呢間未黎過既分店，都幾有驚喜裝修一貫舒適黑麻油雞翅有陣陣麻油香，雞翼肉質嫩滑金黃鹽酥雞炸到金黃香脆，入面亦唔乾身，好有台灣夜市風味烏魚子元貝手作麵幾有驚喜既一個主食烏魚子勁香勁惹味元貝煎封得唔錯手作麵係介於意粉同日式炒麵之間既感覺，幾特別古早杏鮑三杯雞地瓜米粉杏鮑菇同三杯雞都好惹味地瓜米粉口感同味道都同米粉好相似，但係口感更清爽草莓蜜糖磚塊食過咁多間茶木，呢間既磚塊應該係做得最好佢真係做到脆得黎唔硬，高質黑糖冬瓜茶食完咁多熱氣野最好就飲杯冬瓜茶下下火
