To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可能我叫錯餸掛，我叫在例牌燒鴨同埋燒肉。個價錢其實好合理唔算話太貴，但係我相信你一個價錢可以食到更好，甚至乎屋企樓下個街市都做得比佢好。燒鴨，睇上去份量其實還可以，但係食落去你會見到佢有好多舊都剩係得肥膏，肉都無啊！另外我睇過小鴨係淋左啲汁落去，所以搞到個燒鴨小鴨一啲都唔脆，完全唔知道佢燒泥做乜嘢。唔緊要我食佢個燒肉，一夾起燒肉同埋個皮係分開咗，我原本以為得一兩舊係咁啦，原來每一舊都係咁！而且燒肉果皮又係淋晒，一啲都唔脆口
