Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 早茶的話,最近在平日裡的早上9時半到達都已要等30-35分鐘,可能在8時半至9時前到達比較好。每次早茶或下午茶都必點酥皮龍蝦湯鮮竹卷($40,有時會售罄。這個又有酥皮湯又有6件的鮮竹卷,覺得挻化算。雖說湯並不特別濃郁,但面上有大大塊的酥皮搭救,每次一穿破穌皮層都定會弄到滿枱都是碎,無法避免。而那鮮竹卷內的餡料不是素,有蝦的,雖說不會很爽口,但都是軟散的那種)。然後會點多1-2種點心,2名成人就已經非常地飽!瑤柱糯米雞($34/3件,即$11.2/件。裡面是兩層糯米飯夾著餡料,好像三文治的樣子。有瑤柱絲、豬肉碎、火腿粒和淡淡的咸蛋香)荀尖鮮蝦餃($38/4件,即$9.5/件。一咬下,餡料飽滿,蝦肉很爽口,皮薄)叉燒腸粉($34/3條,即$11.3/條。算是滑,餡料都算飽滿)。而晚上與家人吃飯都必點燒味雙拼($128)或乳豬三拼($178,其中一拼必是乳豬。份量還真是挻多,每樣都有8-10件)蛋白岩米桶仔飯($38/位。這裡除了白飯就只有2種飯供選擇,而其中的這個就相對地比較美味,因為岩米帶有咬口,些少煙韌,家人都很喜愛)極品醬油炒飯($108。味道比想像中的淡,因為看到挻深色,普通)有機
