To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

⭕️短評：蛋包飯在日本很多地方都做得好，但在香港卻是寥寥可數，可能因為食材，更可能因為烹調技巧的細節。Cat’s eyes是心目中全港最好的日式蛋包飯，沒有之一，已翻食多年，慶幸雖然搬了鋪到對面街但質素一直沒變。這是在日本吃到的味道，在香港不常有。和牛漢堡排香濃厚肉多汁，日本蛋鮮嫩，日本米煙韌。三色飯的咖哩豚肉和鮮茄牛肉撈飯都很好吃。💵Budget: $100 pp📍 貓之眼 (灣仔)灣仔汕頭街24號地舖
