To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從上次誤打誤撞食過椒鹽豬扒飯後，就念念不忘想再食。今次係第二次到金城茶餐廳，當然再食佢個椒鹽豬扒，亦叫左出名既生煎肉餅飯。椒鹽豬扒飯好大碟，有好多件豬扒！豬扒好淋好入味，配埋蔥、辣椒同蒜蓉，好好食，就算比多幾件都可以食得晒！肉餅就食得多，但煎肉餅就唔係度度都有得食。個肉餅成隻碟咁大，外脆內軟又有肉汁，好好食。除左椒鹽豬扒飯同生煎肉餅飯外，仲有一樣野都出名，就係佢既辣菜脯。試左少少都幾辣下，唔食得辣既朋友建議試要小心。
