To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木提供台灣菜自助QR落單，晚市提供一人和二人套餐，我同朋友選擇咗二人套餐。😮😮😮我哋主食點咗烏魚子元貝手作麵和墨魚鮮蝦茶香藜麥飯，兩款都非常好食。手作麵的麵條有咬勁，醬汁味道濃郁，元貝大粒，而墨魚鮮蝦好新鮮，飯粒軟糯，茶果香濃。😁😁😁我哋又點咗小食，包括櫻花蝦魚湯浸娃娃菜（半份）、黃金鹽酥雞（半份）、黑麻油雞翅（2隻）同溏心蛋（1隻）。娃娃菜清爽又開胃，而鹽酥雞皮脆肉嫩，非常好食。黑麻油雞翅則香味濃郁，而溏心蛋亦煮得剛剛好，蛋黃流心，非常美味。😍😍😍飲品方面，我哋選擇咗佛手柑水果四季青萱茶同黑糖脆脆珍珠奶茶。青萱茶味道非常清新，有淡淡嘅果香味道，而黑糖脆脆造型非常適合打咭，珍珠Q彈有嚼勁。😆😆😆最後，我哋選擇咗草莓吉士可頌窩夫同白朱古力抹茶可頌窩夫作為甜品，口感鬆軟。😙😙😙
