梨自法國既蘋果酒入面有2%嘅酒精成份,但係飲落唔多覺,味道比較似蘋果梳打,又清又甜,超易入口✌🏻


最得意係d飲品會用枱上面個個反轉既碗裝住,當個碗-打開,就代表住我哋今晚嘅美食之旅正式啟航啦⛵️

用蘋果酒煮嘅蜆小妹都係第一次食,感覺幾特別!蜆肉粒粒都肥美飽滿又無沙,又鮮又甜冇酒味,仲若隱若現透出一陣清新蘋果香,正👍🏻!

呢個松露義大利麵用既系煙煙韌韌超嗦汁既扁麵條,入面仲有煎蘑菇和火腿做配料,整體松露香同奶香分別都好重,感覺好有質感🤞🏻


✨Le Defi ✨$88


呢份甜可麗餅上面放左有焦糖雪糕、焦糖香蕉同鹹奶油焦糖,呢個配搭又係唔使講都知道系冇得輸!入口滿滿拖肥香,但又甜而不膩,小妹真係勁鍾意🥰🫶


✨La Normande ✨$115


至於另外一份招牌可麗餅就係燉蘋果+青蘋果雪糕🍦,呢個配搭又係同可麗餅夾到不得了🤞🏻


上枱個下,店員即時點火用d白蘭地將d蘋果燒下,個畫面好有視覺效果🤩蘋果燒過之後香甜爽脆、酒香四溢,正到一個點!!


今晚呢度果然滿足到我對法式可麗餅嘅渴望呢🥰
