早說過在土瓜灣生活了超過30年,就算家陣都會經常過去探望母親,而偶爾有空,都會四處逛,緬懷一下昔日的光景。當年的牛房都已經活化了,但總是覺得空氣中殘存有牛糞味。富粥就在牛棚附近,平日的下午沒多少客人,望望店內,竟然有深圳常見的台山式腸粉。及第粥餡料有肉片、粉腸及豬膶,用的是廣東開花粥底,料是新鮮,但粥底食落似乎有師傅,因為口好乾。牛肉腸即叫即蒸夠認真,要加分,落粉漿時加了蔥花及芽菜,令口感變得豐富,又是一個加分位,雖然廣東式賣相會比較滑溜,但吃起來卻一點都不差,只嫌牛肉味道稍薄,基本上令人滿意。
