又到週未模型時間,所以一早同朋友出左去工作室開工砌模型及上油。去到LUNCH時間就近近地過隔離KCC開餐,早排都係食漢堡包多,今日轉口味食台灣野。呢度坐位都闊落,所以揀左窗口位曬下太陽補充維他命D。套餐都多選擇,加少少錢就有個小食及飲品,唔錯。台式半根半腩飯,牛腩唔係講笑咁大件仲要打孖上!入口好腍同入味,但唔似港式咁咁重八角味,淡口一啲配飯唔錯。牛筋就煮到膠質出晒黎極黏口,啱晒對得冷氣多嘅我。不得不讚下個腌蘿蔔,夠脆爽酸甜,可以降低返下牛腩嘅飽滯感。招牌牛肉麵。牛肉同樣好大件同入味,麵底用左較厚身嘅關廟麵所以浸耐啲都唔會發脹。湯底濃厚,但不油膩味道同台灣食過嘅有八成相似。跟餐點左鹽酥雞及皮蛋豆腐,鹽酥雞炸得乾身脆口,食落咸香惹味,幾唔錯。而皮蛋豆腐就無咩特別,算係清一清味覺都可以。奶蓋烏龍綠茶。奶蓋都做得幾杰身,唔會咁快融化入去烏龍入面。但覺得茶底本身偏甜左啲可以等啲冰再融下先飲會更好。以新開店鋪黎講算係咁,最懷舊係用上公雞碗幾有特色。
