To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚簡單地在希慎food court 食個晚餐,最後選了食台式的百芳池上便當,除了有多款便當外,還有多款不同配搭的紅燒湯麵及肉燥乾拌麵,價錢經濟實惠。招牌百芳豬扒便當,$59份量大大份,用木飯盒盛上,可以保持温度,豬扒炸得香口鬆軟,不會太厚粉漿,配上粟米,粉絲,酸菜,椰菜及半隻滷蛋,另附送餐飲。跟餐還可以加錢點一個台式小食,我要了台式香腸。另外紅燒牛丸牛腩湯麵,牛湯味濃,麵條粗身掛湯,軟硬適中,牛腩軟淋,仲可以轉新竹米粉及加辣。配餐飲,可以正價減$5, 我點了古早味仙草鮮豆乳,唔太甜,好飲。
