每次去親台灣,我都好鍾意食胡椒蝦,果種胡椒香同辣勁,真係連續食幾隻都得。原來太子開左間以台式蝦煲做主打嘅餐廳:蝦棧。重點當然要食蝦啦,眾多口味之中,我就揀左胡椒蝦($188)。真係每隻蝦都有蝦膏,而且勁入味,既有辣度亦有胡椒香,拍得住台灣質素!正!台式香腸($88)有墨汁、原味同蒜味香腸三款,仲有生蒜片,一齊食好味d! 蒜蓉高麗菜($78)蒜蓉同杞子下鍋同高麗菜一齊炒,估唔到係香甜而又有蒜香架wor!香煎墨魚黑白卷($98)有落墨魚汁就係黑色,冇落墨魚汁就係白色,無論黑色白色,都好彈牙喔!油鹽水北寄貝($128)北寄貝唔係好大隻,但好鮮味!咬一口就爆晒汁!個湯似胡椒湯,辣辣地勁惹味,冬天飲完暖晒胃!薄荷檸檬梳打($38)
