To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在T-Factory個app知道茶木有早餐，今朝（26/3/2020）特意來試試刈包，之前在台灣及西安都食過，但都包著好多配料，但今個早餐的刈包，刈包很軟及熱，自己配了雞蛋來食，簡單的配料，更能食出刈包的味道。點了C1~三杯雪裡紅肉絲湯麵配蛋及C5~九層塔豬扒湯麵配腸仔蛋兩個早餐，雪裡紅即香港的雪菜，相比茶餐廳，好似鹹咗些，肉絲份量少些，而九層塔豬扒好多骨及肥肉，兩碗麵都很多，十分飽肚。餐飲點了咖啡及豆漿，豆漿偏甜。台式早餐都OK，下次可再試埋其他款式。
