To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得黃埔分店比其他分店少人排隊，就一於入黎食個台式晚餐啦。酥炸雞排麵: 雞排都幾脆，炸到熱辣辣，炸粉唔算厚，略嫌鹹左少少，麵既湯底整得幾好食，味道唔會太過咸，味道OK。香煎餃子: 味道好, 比起其他分店無咁油，值得再試。提拉米蘇丹麥吐司: 份量比起其他吐司少，平時就係3層，佢呢個就3小件, 上面有個好好味既雪糕球。係其中一片吐司上面有d似cream既野，蓋過左吐司既味, 下次可以考慮走左佢。呢個同其他2個款式比較，我都係PREFER其他果2個多D。
