To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向好怕排隊等食飯、特別是受年輕人歡迎的食市。茶木台式餐廳都應該係近期一間大熱餐廳。幸好亦只是等了30分鐘。菜單是台式小菜及小吃、晚市亦提供了便當形式晚餐、好受年輕人歡迎。今晚冇食便當的衝動，所以就點了皮蛋肉鬆豆腐、古早味三杯雞及魚湯浸青菜一碟做晚餐。依家有切豆腐器、無雖要任何刀功、就能夠切出又薄又平均的豆腐！豆腐夠滑但原全沒有豆香味、麻油又欠缺香味、非常清淡！古早三杯雞近似自己喜愛的台灣美食之一、當然要食。配枓小了金不換的香味、酒味亦完全欠奉！雞用油泡再混合薑、蒜及小量金不換炒作。碟菜就煮得過火、菜心煮得好老身、又淋冇晒營養。幸好餐廳環境舒服及員工服務幾好。
