這家涮涮鍋主打健康路線，非常適合注重飲食均衡的人。我選了昆布湯底，湯頭淡雅卻提味，每一口都喝得出用心。食材部分相當新鮮，肉品選擇豐富，尤其是梅花豬與雞腿肉，口感細嫩無腥味。蔬菜拼盤非常用心，還有南瓜與山藥等少見食材。自家製醬料搭配蔥花與白蘿蔔泥非常清爽。用餐空間明亮簡潔，適合一人或小團體用餐。整體體驗輕鬆自在，讓人吃得滿足無負擔，滿分推薦！肉質嫩中帶嚼勁。服務員態度親切又不打擾，整體用餐節奏很舒服。對於宵夜火鍋來說，這間絕對是我的首選，值得10分！
