To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食台灣野，但又想食得平啲，咁樣可以去試下「茶木」！今次點選了「酥炸雞排麵$54」，「台式滷水拼盤$58」，「綜合水果茶$34」。「酥炸雞排麵」既雞排同手工寬麵會分開上，咁就唔怕會比湯浸到軟身，雞排味道剛好，不太覺得油膩。手工寬麵就比較靭身，好似煮麵時間不足。「台式滷水拼盤」係較抵食既小菜，當中包括：半隻糖心蛋，兩隻雞亦，黑油鴨腎，台式醬牛肉，滷肉，滷豆腐。味道剛剛好，好有滷水的咸道，但糖心蛋只得半隻，略為失望。食左咁多野，飲返個「綜合水果茶」就好不過，混合了鳳梨汁及多種水果，令到整杯既味道都甜甜酸酸，好有消膩開胃既感覺！
