To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨日下午因為有住在新界北的朋友未曾乘搭過港島西線嘅地鐵, 我們一棚人就陪他們坐地鐵游車河, 最後坐到大學站, 因為好似將會打風天氣好熱, 走入西寶城 shopping及嘆冷氣, 所以我們在商場入面逛了整個下午。最後肚餓就在此商場找餐廳食飯(商場入面好似沒有太多餐廳供我們選擇的)。我們叫了很多食物, 其中包括: 炭燒豬軟骨撈米線($39)、台式滷肉飯($43), 和風吉列豬扒飯($46).糖醋排骨飯($52)、台風大塊雞($29)、甜不辣($29)、滷水雞中翼4件[$28)、珍珠奶茶($24)及其它凍飲。其價錢和室內摆設很有本土特式, 好似專做街坊生意的樣子, 食物的味道偏清淡, 對我而言就是如魚得水, 很合口味。
