天氣轉涼,都係時候打個邊爐,最近去左一間主打台式養生的火鍋店,店內環境古色古香,想不到尖沙咀鬧市中都有這樣的食店。我們叫了美人鍋,一聽就知食左會變靚的,因為有滋補的全隻烏雞,仲有桃膠,極多膠原蛋白,杞子,南棗,紅棗都係補氣血,對女人養血很好的藥膳養生的美食。湯很甜,煲耐的,慢慢就出味,不要浪費火鍋材料,都可以食的。加湯是雞湯,所以唔會變淡,反而真材實料。蛋餃很考功夫,放落去都好快食得,很香的蛋味,餃子湯汁很鮮的肉味。墨魚丸是手打,很濃墨魚味,食到粒粒墨魚粒。千張豆葉紙必叫,拖一拖就食得,很吸湯。去得台式店就自然叫台灣腸食下,甜甜地帶點蒜香,熟食唔好放湯內。飲返杯冬瓜茶及杭菊露都唔錯,下火清熱,甜甜地,呢餐都唔錯。
