最近開咗間新餐廳,係台灣比較出名食拌麵嘅餐廳~餐牌都幾多選擇,除咗有拌麵之外都有啲湯麵可以揀,仲有地道台式小食~叫咗個蔥油嫩雞拌麵,雞肉夠嫩滑,唔肥,肉質軟唸。拌麵採用關廟麵,比較幼身,夠彈牙,醬汁採用左蔥油,唔太油膩,反而有油香,比較可口。碗麵仲配有半隻糖心蛋同一啲蔬菜,整體感覺健康清新,溏心蛋都煮得啱啱好。拌麵嘅份量啱啱好,一個女仔都會食得晒~另外叫咗兩款小食,包括炸彈蔥油餅同埋酥炸甜不辣,蔥油餅啱啱煎起,富有油香,都夠焦香可口,本身皮夠薄,餡都夠多,咬落去都有汁漏出嚟。酥炸甜不辣都夠香脆,內裏軟諗,可以食到外脆內軟兩種層次,會有少少甜甜嘅感覺~最後叫咗兩杯嘢飲,包括荔枝綠茶,同埋黑糖珍珠鮮奶。荔枝綠茶清清甜甜夠解渴~黑糖珍珠鮮奶甜度都啱啱好,黑糖不會過多,唔會遮蓋鮮奶味道,珍珠夠爽口,一路飲一路食珍珠好滿足~
