To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都知食呢間要好早拎飛，否則有排等！難得今天天時地利人和嘅配合，等了2張枱就可以入座！yeah!!天氣咁熱，首先叫返杯綜合水果茶飲下先，呷一啖酸酸甜甜果茶，食一粒果肉，暑氣全消！小食點了呢款蒜味麻辣豬耳朵，咬落爽脆豬耳絲，卜卜聲好過癮，味道都算幾辣但絕對接受得到！另一款必食之選當然係紅燒牛肉麵，濃香湯底配以3舊腍滑牛肉，而麵就似刀削麵，滑滑地幾易入口，而配菜嘅蘿白亦入晒湯味，淸甜冇渣，正！唔叫咁多食物，留肚食呢款芒果吐司，賣相相當吸引，面頭配以芒果雪糕，吐司夠香脆，一齊撈埋食相當滿足！
