借調黎工作嘅台灣同事請求我地帶佢試下香港嘅台式食品,睇下兩地有咩口味分別。收到柯打當然要做嘢,諗起呢間。台灣嘅麻辣鴨血真係一個黃金組合,呢度有麻辣鴨血麵 ($70),鍾情於新竹米粉,比多$5轉。花椒粒已浮現於湯上,進食米粉時要小心。麻香味幾出,辣度只係BB級。鴨血就比較細舊,口感幾煙韌,配麻辣湯一啖食又岩數喎。牛肉麵呢度有紅燒/清燉/麻辣三種口味選擇,想濃味D就叫紅燒半筋半肉麵 ($75)。筋同肉嘅份量對眼,唔係只得一兩舊。兩者都炆到夠味,啖紅燒湯香濃得黎又唔會過咸,配米粉食又係索湯恩物。捨棄鹽酥鷄,食酥炸魷魚 ($48),即叫即炸,炸嘢要熱先好食架嘛。份量一般,炸得外面卜卜脆,魷魚爽彈唔韌,調味岩岩好,超好味。之前快閃台北無機會食到芋泥蛋餅,今餐自肥補數…………..仲要有埋肉鬆。芋泥肉鬆蛋捲餅 ($42)要上枱啦。一條切成4件,軟糯餅皮包住蛋皮,肉鬆及芋泥,味道咸咸甜甜,輕鬆易食。呢度嘅台式飲品,一杯份量超大杯,呢杯台式檸檬紅茶 ($20)及香芋鮮奶 ($32),前者夠晒解渴; 後者飲品香滑,幾有芋香味,偶爾會食到芋頭碎,熱度甚夠,食完野仲可以一邊飲一邊傾吓計。呢一餐對於佢黎講都岩口
