To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同屋企人去黃埔買新年野，經過呢間餐廳，突然又好想食台灣野，就入去食啦。我地叫咗幾樣野share食，有台式滷水拼盤，台式肉鬆起司香蔥蛋餅，鹽酥排骨肉燥米粉，羅氏蝦龍蝦汁手作麵同草莓香草蜜糖磚塊歐軟。~~台式滷水拼盤有好多種類，包括有雞翼，豆腐，牛肚，牛𦟌，五花腩同糖心蛋。樣樣都好好味，滷得好入味，特別係牛𦟌，好軟腍。~~台式肉鬆起司香蔥蛋餅即叫即整，食到好濃既芝士味，同埋肉鬆一齊食，好夾。外皮好脆口，好香蛋味。大推~~鹽酥排骨肉燥米粉排骨好大塊，炸得好香脆，食落脆卜卜。個台灣米粉好細滑，勁好味。~~羅氏蝦龍蝦汁手作麵每條手作麵都充滿咗龍蝦汁，好好味。隻蝦都好大隻，肉質爽口彈牙，好新鮮。~~草莓香草蜜糖磚塊每次去茶木必食，勁中意食。即叫即整，要等15分鐘，但真係好值得，多士勁脆，配埋士多啤梨雪糕，係絕配。
