To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到食午餐嘅時候，經過茶木見到午餐牌轉咗，係門口等咗十五分鐘就有位。松露塔塔醬雞絲微辣手工拌麵手工麵彈牙有口感，有少少微辣加上半隻糖心蛋，手工麵份量都好多，松露塔塔醬拌雞絲同青瓜絲，醬汁非常好味，仲有麻辣鴨血（台灣直送）拼素鴨，送餐飲揀咗紅豆薏仁水，可以去水腫，去濕，味道清甜。盬酥排骨肉燥飯排骨外皮炸得酥脆，肉味濃郁，肉質嫩滑多汁，配上半隻糖心蛋、青瓜粒同醃茶，肉燥肥瘦適中，肉燥撈飯認真一流，飲埋紅豆薏仁水，食完個餐都好飽。
