To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去開銅鑼灣工作,來到希慎廣場11樓,平日中午也好多人買外賣。因疫情關係沒有外遊,就食台式餐廳補番數!叫了個「百芳滷水雞扒便當」$63,中午是配3款茶飲,但我想飲其他飲品,加咗錢轉左鐵觀音拿鐵,大家可以選擇無糖少甜!太肚餓選了小食炸花枝丸$20!等咗大約10分鐘 就可以取食物,中午繁忙時間來說也是快!滷水雞扒好厚一大塊,滷水好入味 雞扒吸晒味道,咬下去好juicy, 不會太柴!旁邊配上每日三款小菜,仲有半隻蛋,有粟米,雜菜等!感覺好健康,$63有多款配菜 CP值好高!飲品也是好飲,叫了少甜 岩岩好!茶味十足,大推,好有台式風味!炸花枝丸是脆卜卜,剛炸好,加分不少!下次也選選其他選擇先!
