To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. SOUP PLUS 湯加每個星期日第一件煩惱的事就是到那裡與小絲吃早餐。港式的沙嗲牛肉麵雖然好吃,但每次都是這些又怕小絲悶,所以每次都找不同的食店試試。這間SOUP PLUS 湯加算是與一般茶記有些分別,最特別是有台式芝士蛋餅。是用一片酥皮包著炒蛋和芝士。因為有芝士的關係,所以吃完整過蛋餅蠻飽肚的。另外我們還點了一個雞扒早餐,這個和平常在荼記吃到的差不多,這裡粉麵轉了蛋白麥皮,方包可以轉熱香餅。味道就不過不失,不太喜歡那個蛋白麥皮,味很淡,有點像吃白粥。那裡另一個好處是客人不多,沒有壓力,可以與小絲慢慢吃。阿偉食評:食物味道、服務普通,蛋餅特別,客人不多,可坐耐些。推介指數:5.5/10

這間SOUP PLUS 湯加算是與一般茶記有些分別,最特別是有台式芝士蛋餅。是用一片酥皮包著炒蛋和芝士。因為有芝士的關係,所以吃完整過蛋餅蠻飽肚的。
