鹽酥雞 (Taiwanese Fried Chicken) $43
平時好少食鹽酥雞，因為好多都係炸粉厚過雞。但係依到嘅外皮相對較薄，著重返雞塊本身，依點係值得欣賞。調出嘅鹹味恰到好處，有種令人食到上癮嘅感覺。
We seldom eat Taiwanese fried chicken, because the common one is overly-deep fried. But for this fried chicken, the level of deep-fried is well control, which we could better appreciate the chicken itself. The salty flavour of the fried chicken is really addictive, where we simply cannot stop eating.

胚芽奶茶 (Milk Tea with Cereal Germ) +$3
胚芽奶茶可選擇甜度，我哋就叫咗少甜，令茶味更突出，增添嘅胚芽都令質感更豐富，好適合解鹽酥雞嘅鹹味。
For the milk tea, you can choose your prefered level of sweetness. With less sugar, the flavour of tea becomes more outstanding. The cereal germ also enriches the layering of the milk tea. It is a perfect match with the fried chicken.

炸花枝丸 (Fried Cuttlefish Ball) $29
炸花枝丸用上椒鹽調味，鹹味同墨魚嘅味道好配合。
The fried cuttlefish ball is seasoned with salt and pepper. The salty taste escalates the taste of cuttlefish.

仙草3號 (Mesona No.3) $40
芋圓頗大粒，質感煙韌，而且芋頭嘅味道都幾突出，同仙草嘅滑溜溜同冰涼質感好襯。
Taro balls are large, chewy and rich in the flavour of taro. It matches well with the smooth and icy mesona.
