To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

誰說只有英國下午茶才算優雅?今日和朋友來到茶木享受精緻下午茶，也是相當寫意。雞翼配珍珠奶茶、細軟的麵線配上粒粒QQ的蚵仔，還有牛肉麵，選項多到不得了，幸福到連外國人都會羨慕。鹵牛肉刈包拼蚵仔麵線刈包是台灣傳統小吃，但老滋味也能吃出新玩意，茶木把刈包創意改良，加入兩片牛展，並搭配沙律菜，帶點肉甜的鮮嫩肉質口感，令刈包變成美味又吸睛的打卡美食。再說蚵仔麵線，蚵仔超大顆，又肥美，惜份量比較少。下午茶來說勉強叫剛剛好。芝心雞翼還想和朋友再聊聊天，於是點多了一款小食，就是芝心雞翼，如果是女仔朋友應該會大呼邪惡吧。香濃的芝士緊緊包裹在嫩滑的雞翼當中，香嫰無比，絕對是滋味新感受。珍珠奶茶茶木的珍珠奶茶絕對令我上癮，香甜而不膩，粒粒珍珠飽滿圓潤，口感層次分明，整杯溫熱濃郁而帶人滿足的滋味，令人倍感幸福。
