香港食正統台灣菜價格都頗高, 偶然之下得知屋喔提供台式fusion菜, 價格親民, 是日相約好友於上環飯聚.屋喔位於橫街, 有室外坐, 室內都分兩層, 比較少見.屋喔菜式價錢唔貴, 份量比較小巧, 可以多叫幾款小菜分嚟食.見到餐牌有糖芯蛋一定要叫嚟食, 糖芯蛋有兩隻切半, 外皮滷得上色, 有少少咸, 入面蛋黃展現出糖芯狀態, 蛋黃軟軟黏稠蛋味香濃.屋喔牛肉麵有幾塊厚切牛肉連少少筋牛味香濃又有彈性. 配菜有雪菜小棠菜白蘿蔔紅蘿蔔, 配上曲曲粗身麵條好有台灣風味.黑松露野菌蚵仔燉飯係fusion菜式, 黑松露野菌加上芝士碎令燉飯食落好creamy, 蚵仔同成個飯好配合味道好夾.鮮菇魚湯時蔬係草菇杞子娃娃菜, 娃娃菜吸收魚湯鮮甜味清清地好易入口.鳳梨蘋果鹽水雞用雞脾切塊嫩滑好肉地, 鹽水入味, 鳳梨蘋果清爽同鹽水雞好夾.蒜香炸雞翼size好大隻, 外皮蒜味香又脆口, 內裡好好肉地, 不過蒜味入唔到啲雞肉.三杯大蝦用三杯雞方法煮, 大蝦已開邊肉質爽口彈牙仲有少少膏, 加上香濃煮法好冶味, 碟底有粒粒蒜子爽甜香口.當日因為窩夫機壞咗冇機會試窩夫, 轉叫法式焦糖燉蛋, 焦糖比較硬但唔影響法式燉蛋味
