話梅小山藥依個做法好特別,第一次食山藥係做前菜,口感好清爽,味道酸酸甜甜,好開胃!鵝不是鴨肉(獅頭鵝)份量好多,用左獅頭鵝,所以肉質特別嫩滑,用滷水整味道唔會過濃,而且鵝味較重!伴菜有芽菜同酸蘿白。秘掣台汁骨膠豬手花膠鍋腸秘製台汁煮好入味,再用石鍋上,熱辣辣!豬手煮到好軟,一咬已經離骨。花膠好大件又厚身,炆到啱啱好,仲係好彈牙,充滿膠質。白玉苦瓜炒美國安格斯牛腓力好似好普通嘅苦瓜炒牛肉,用左上等嘅材料整食落一啲都唔普通!白苦瓜味道冇一般苦瓜咁苦澀,清爽啲帶有甘味,安格斯牛腓力肉質好嫩滑,加再上用左豆鼓炒,好惹味!

秘掣台汁骨膠豬手花膠鍋
