To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 駱駝漆呢座工業大廈深藏不少美食，今日就黎試下呢間頗有名氣嘅牛肉麵🍜蔬果清燉牛肉麵- 雖然openrice嘅大大都推介紅燒牛肉麵，但我偏偏俾「蔬果清燉」呢四個字吸引左🤭感覺好似比較少見，貪新鮮想試試😈上檯有肉有蔥有酸菜，仲要蘿蔔有兩大舊，感覺已經bonus左😆湯底味道有超輕微嘅酸，但算不上蔬果味，反而肉味有丁丁羶、丁丁油膩，齋飲湯第一感覺麻麻🥴蘿蔔清甜軟身，讚👍牛𦟌香濃入味夠軟身，入口即溶超驚喜😋麵條煙靭有咬口🍜互相配搭起黎，個湯底原來岩岩好😸唔知係咪紅日，無左個午餐set，野飲就要另加$2X。
