段純貞牛肉面餐廳,又名段純貞,是一間來自台灣人氣牛肉面餐廳,全球有十幾間分店,段純貞的發展始於台灣新竹,於2007年由創辦人樊廣志先生以其已故的祖母段純貞女士命名創立,盛載他對祖母的無限思念。最近段純貞仲系香港黃竹坑新地標商場THE SOUTHSIDE已經開到第五間分店,我食完都覺得段純貞比一般台式餐廳高質。鹽酥雞$48鹽酥雞炸得金黃脆口,粉漿不會過厚,無骨雞件夠厚肉。一咬開肉質相當嫩口且乾爽酥香,炸得乾身不油膩。濃湯燉雞麵(細麵)$88以雞骨熬制的湯底呈現乳白色,採用鮮雞慢火熬煮6小時,湯頭清澈,浮油不多,散髮清鮮雞香,慢煮雞髀更是啖啖肉,肉質細膩柔軟,鎖緊豐腴肉汁。細麵條質感純樸滑口,盡吸雞湯底精華。楊枝甘露$30我最愛的中式甜品之一,配料豐富,混合不少芒果、柚子果肉,毫不酸澀,吃起來充滿天然清新果香,入口清甜沁爽。芋頭特調(大$37加$6布甸)粉紫造型浪漫瑰麗,質感厚滑富乳香,真材實料加入芋頭蓉,布甸香甜軟滑。招牌紅燒腱心牛肉麵$86麻辣味湯底,辣度溫和,手工面大大條,粗厚闊度長短不一,口感煙韌,非常掛汁。牛肉類似牛腩,炆到軟腍,非常入味。蔥肉蝦餅$48食到啖啖蝦肉,邊皮香脆,真
