今日同朋友嚟咗依間台式餐廳食嘢。疫情下已經好耐冇去台灣,已經好懷念台灣味道。睇menu發現原來佢同和順記有crossover, 見幾得意。朋友鍾意食荽茜,我哋就叫咗個鴨腿湯飯,應該都招牌。香茜陳皮鴨腿燉湯 ($68)湯入面嘅鴨腿勁大舊呀 可以送下飯。個set會跟一杯野飲,我地揀咗桂園紅棗茶暖暖哋,偏甜,好啱女仔飲。我哋另外再加$10 要咗個滷肉飯。都幾抵食,佢嘅肉燥有少少半肥瘦,好啱送飯,但又唔會過鹹。除咗同和順記嘅Crossover,本身餐廳都係有啲台式菜揀。我哋叫咗個招牌嘅台式紅燒牛肉陽春面附送前菜三小碟($86). 紅燒牛肉份量足夠,亦都煮到好軟身。幾鍾意個陽春面嘅口感,因為佢煮得比較軟身,同埋佢都幾吸到個湯嘅牛肉味。鹽酥大大雞扒($58)雖然佢冇落到九層塔葉,但係我覺得佢個皮炸到好鬆脆,唔會炸得太硬好熱氣嘅感覺。
