朋友上次去台灣已經想食,但係太多人冇book位所以食唔到,佢知道香港都開左就預早book好枱叫埋我一齊去試下。餐廳唔太大,坐到40-50人左右,我地食左2.5鐘先食完,所以一定要book定位唔係真係會摸門釘。餐廳好貼心有晒lock比我地放袋jacket唔怕d衫吸晒味。我地4人坐枱就冇炭爐喇,坐bar 枱先有。我地都叫左好多款,有豬有牛,其實仲有雞羊海鮮類,不過我地就冇試喇。佢會有比檸檬汁(解油膩),蔥花比我地調味。第一個好值得試嘅係鹽蔥牛舌。店只話唔洗咁熟,5-6成熟已經夠,真係,平時自己燒過晒火喉,熟晒黑晒,今次終於食到牛舌個真實口感。另外就到扇子肉,睇到脂肪比側岩岩好,肥瘦均衡,亦都係燒到五成左加,牛味濃,嫩滑,好味。之後就到霜降松阪豬,相比牛肉,豬肉價錢平民好多,但質素唔差,睇到佢嘅霜降紋路。用黎夾菜食,豬味重,再加少少檸汁,好refreshing.最值得推介係牛五花,我地揀左烤肉醬,超級好味。佢係有入口即溶唧口感,好林好好味,我地再番叫多一碟。手羽先都要叫,佢係去左骨(當然雞翼尖係去唔到骨啦),職員慢左少少幫我地睇火,見到黑左少少,都即刻offer送番2隻比我地,好貼心的台灣人

每樣肉類都會有staff幫我地燒,自己原全唔洗動手。佢地會幫手睇火,確保每樣都係燒到最好嘅condition,每燒完一樣就會換網,唔會比d 炭屎整到下一樣食材黑晒。有一半staff都係台灣人,好nice好貼心。
去廁所見到有mouth wash,牙線提供,走嘅時候仲可以噴熊寶寶去味。
