Big Eye Tuna Quinoa Salad $158
Quinoa | Sorrel Leaves | Beet Root | Radish | Cheese Vinaigrette | Micro Cress & Seasonal Baby Produces From Johnny’s Farm | Avocado Cream 呢個salad係off-menu既暫時,有吞拿魚,麥藜,冰菜,配上牛油果醬,口感豐富,味道一流,所有食材都好新鮮。
而且相當健康。冰菜有豐富的鐵質同維他命E,對皮膚好好。 麥藜含有豐富的蛋白質,但絕對低卡又飽肚,仲有好多fibre,適合女士keep fit之餘又可以食到美食。

相信好多人都食過台灣美食三杯雞,姐係用一杯醬油,一杯米酒加一杯糖煮成的雞,再用九層塔調味。做法唔難,但我食過好多次,一係太咸,一係D雞肉太硬,所以唔係特別鐘意食。但今次係NAKED食到既好特別, 首先隻雞係煎過既,所以個外皮可以KEEP住又香又脆。第二就係底下的薯蓉係加左九層塔作既,仲有泰式的羅勒葉同辣椒,FUSION菜落好特別。

一口紅燒飽魚細細個,好易入口 。但唔好睇佢好似細細粒,無料到,口感好正,仲食得都鮑魚的鮮味。上面加既係百合花同洛神花粉,百合花口感好爽,加上洛神花粉的少少酸酸甜甜,正! 仲有青蕃茄醬,令成道菜的味道再提升。

呢個真係不得之了,十分中的十分滿分。完全無野可以挑剔。和牛嫩到爆炸,真係一放入口會即刻溶,又鮮又嫩,連同行唔係好攻食生野既友人真話無得頂。 牛肉他他有少少似泡菜國的生牛肉,食之前加隻生蛋撈一撈,滑溜得黎帶少少牛肉的甜品。食法係將紫菜,紫蘇葉,牛肉,海膽,蒜頭,泡菜,按個人的喜好加上去,然後一啖放一口。第一下出黎既味道會係紫蘇葉的獨特香氣,然係就係海膽的鮮味,跟住就係牛肉的鮮嫩。口感,味道,賣相同配搭都一流,大推大推!!

有分兩種,一個係拖羅的,一個係海膽的,放係甜篇上面食,脆卜卜,好新鮮。食到晒食材的鮮香味。正! 而且細細個仲好得意tim. 不過拖羅olive oil的味重左少少,雖然香,但油味重的話會太有罪惡感。

最後又點少得甜品,用左台灣的鳳梨酥,香口之餘又唔會太漏。加埋芒果gelato的配搭好新鮮好特別。令鳳梨酥多左一份清新的感覺。而果仁,就係令個甜回的口感變得更加豐富。

第二次到naked,果然無令我失望。主廚的用心,令每一道菜都有其獨特的色彩; 食物的處理和搭配,亦令每一樣食材不輪係口感或者味道都再次提升。用心的餐廳係值得更多人的欣賞,推介!!
