To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 史上最難食餐廳之最

假日行過見呢間野一直以來都排長龍，就咁睇落去賣相唔差。於時就去排隊上試下，排左約10分鐘倒就入到去。咁岩下午茶時間，我地2個人叫左一個窩蛋牛肉飯，一個雞扒芝士撈辛辣麵。每個餐加埋凍飲差唔多$50。嘩頂…難食到不得了。窩蛋牛肉飯係流心茶葉蛋咁既款，再加啲好傑既汁？甜甜地。同埋炒牛肉…難食過吉野家。最慘唔係呢個，係個所謂雞扒芝士撈辛辣麵，雞扒老實講係幾好食。但下面就一埋芝士醬，白灼辛辣麵。我問個職員可唔可以比返包味粉我撈落去，佢地話無味粉，結果就比左支辣椒仔我….我就真係唔明講到明話係韓式辛辣麵點解完全無辛酸麵味都算…芝士你都比啲調味我啦….最終我食左塊雞扒就走人…我對呢間野絕對失望同真係唔會再黎食。亦都唔推薦大家突登黎食。
