To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇米線關注組，見到近近地嘅觀塘都有間米線推介，打定電話過去嗌外賣，避開排隊先。食咗：▪️香格里拉米線套餐 $58 （麻辣湯小辣）內有：魚肚、牛肉、牛丸、墨丸、豬膶、豬肉、腩肉、魚蛋、雞柳、火腿、炸醬、韮菜、腐竹、生菜、豆卜、芽菜。▪️鮮竹蝦春卷 $9▪️司華力腸串燒 $18-呢度除咗麻酸辣湯底，仲有特別啲嘅沙嗲湯。不過覺得沙嗲湯同米線好似唔太夾，叫返麻辣湯嚟食。湯底望落顏色較淡，好似清湯咁，但一食麻辣即刻出晒嚟。小辣對我哋嚟講就啱啱好👍🏻套餐米線嘅配料基本上同譚仔差唔多，比較特別嘅係有魚肚，軟腍又吸湯，無記錯好似都有兩三嚿。小食方面，叫咗司華力腸串燒（大家形容係睇見都覺得痛🫢）。外皮脆卜卜，腸仔面頭有少少調味，不過條腸仔本身都夠味，加咗調味就鹹咗啲。-就算唔係外賣都好似唔使排隊（或者熱潮已過？）
