To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

揀日落時段過嚟嘆茶，嘆住冷氣，飲住靚茶，望住呢個景真係會有種好愉悅嘅感覺，淨係呢個景色已經值回票價～（只限睇到日落時候🤣眾所周知下午茶從來都只係拍攝嘅道具，所以都唔會話好高期望，但係呢個海膽下午茶都有少少驚喜🤓咸點全部都幾好食，甜點就淨係喜歡豆腐青定海膽芝士蛋糕😚🧡，不過最估唔到嘅係佢哋嘅茶真係好靚好好飲，超鍾意呢個1837黑茶～特別到唔識點形容，我會話好似食完水煙嗰種回甜香🤣🤔🤭 UNI AFTERNOON TEA星期一至五 :$768/2位星期六、日及公眾假期：$818/2位🌟1837 黑茶 + 洋甘菊茶•皇室煙三文魚配法式乳酪•柑橋醬海膽忌康三文治•吞拿魚他他配海膽鬆餅•海膽配日本清酒啫喱，香草芝士，魚子醬撻•海鮮海膽忌廉酥盒•豆腐青檸海膽芝士蛋糕•柚子忌康柑橘泡芙•白朱古力香楂柚子撻•金橘椰子香檳藜斯杯•忌廉乳酪檸檬瑪德蓮蛋糕•原味鬆饼及柑橘鬆饼配蜜柑果醬及奶油忌康但係我覺得香港可以睇到靚景嘅地方實在太多，除非佢再推出更加吸引嘅下午茶，如果唔係未必會再嚟呢度～員工服務麻麻地 亦唔算係坐得好舒服
