To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

覺得哩個超級無敵大海景真係勁吸引。其實真係望住個景都抵返晒，加上食物唔貴，決定以後每個月都來一次☺️午餐可以㨂set lunch或自助沙律吧中午陽光普照，天朗氣清，係有啲煙霞前菜點了意式芝士伴番茄及凱撒沙律伴煎雞，兩個前菜我都覺得好正主菜就試了牛面頰配蒜香薯蓉及全素漢堡Ice cappuccino 加無㪣海景正呀！整體感覺服務態度專業，食物質素高，抵食，難怪咁多人😅差唔滿坐，好彩我們預早book咗窗邊位置

Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Food | Ambience | Service | Price | Restroom Cleanliness | Easy Access | Wheelchair | Easy Parking🙂 😠 Pet Friendly | Corkage Fee | Cake Cutting FeeThis restaurant is located in a tall commercial building called ICC in Tsim Sha Tsui inside the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. There is a great harbour view along the restaurant. So, for a small group of people, I would highly recommend to get a window seat table. This hotel is a 5-star hotel and it’s easy to access there by MTR or bus or taxi. If you drive, they have valet parking or use the Element Mall public car parking. The restaurant is located on 102/F but you have to take the lift from lobby and go all the way up to 103/F, take an elevator down 1 floor to the lounge entrance. For wheelchair, they have a special lift that can use to access to 102/F directly on request. Their restrooms have sea view too… neat & clean. There is corkage fee and cake cutting fee required, so it’s better to order from there. The whole ambience is excellent, nice decoration and with great seaview as mentioned earlier. The service is wonderful and the menu price is relatively high compared to other restaurants. But if you consider everything like atmosphere, views, food & service… it’s worth. Talking about the food. There is no surprise to me. Nice presentation and the quality of food is excellent. Hot, fresh and tasty. I have been there quite a few times for afternoon tea. This time we went there to try their Dining City restaurant week menu. They are so tasty! Lobster bisque and the beef cheek…. Wow…So tender and yummy! We are so happy and enjoy so much for this meal. Great choice!

差唔多結婚一周年，同老公返嚟Ritz Carlton食個Afternoon Tea，仲特登早一個月訂位，book個window seats。👩❤️👨Afternoon tea set 鹹點好味過甜品，特別係吞拿魚迷你鬆餅配子薑青檸醬，味道幾夾又清新。紅菜頭忌廉芝士撻嘅紅菜頭同埋芝士味幾balance。甜品比較鍾意佢嘅櫻花意式奶凍，奶凍幼滑，櫻花啫喱唔會太甜。另外開心果紅桑子花筒嘅開心果味夠突出🥰#afternoontea #ritcarltonhongkong #loungeandbar
