To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六中午時間去,超超超多人。叫咗個海鮮叻沙摻摻,諗住舖頭名有叻沙實冇死。點知叻沙湯底清得滯唔夠辣。廚房落唔夠參巴醬,冇一層油俾啲麵掛住。話明摻摻,但油麵比例過少,大約2比8,所以米粉睇到好大份。蝦仲要係腥嘅,不過其他配料就OK。照左一杯朱古力沖得唔錯。啲員工服務態度好好,但好忙,好似趕羊仔咁食。佢哋講解餐牌很詳細,又會問要唔要「吸管」。呢間要行去收銀處落單,有啲快餐店嘅感覺,佢個櫃位嘅公司電話Excel表全部都係簡體字。支持支持!我下次應該唔會再食㗎啦,因為好普通,我寧願去其他星馬人開嘅餐廳食叻沙,唔覺得抵食。
