To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎呢度最主要係睇到啲叻沙同海南雞飯嘅相非常之吸引,所以先想黎試試嘅首先係個叻沙其實一嚟到賣相已經覺得非常之吸引!飲落去,個湯底十分之香口!好重嘅椰香同蝦乾味,個湯底好惹味!好回味!麵方面,佢地加入左米粉同埋少少嘅油麵,咬落去唔單止咬口好好,同時可以索到個湯底嘅湯汁,呢個麵令人有驚喜!第二個係海南雞飯 個油飯味道算係ok,普普通通嘅味道,無咩好出色嘅油飯香。雞唔知點解有一半係好嫩滑,另外一半係好鞋口,有一兩件都仲有少少啫喱,味道都係普普通通,無咩特色。但不得不提,嗰三碟醬完全個味道就唔知點,豉油唔夠香,個辣嘅就唔夠酸辣,個薑蓉亦都唔夠薑味。 食後感:叻沙比海南雞飯味道好得多,如果係要食嘅話,我只會再返去食叻沙。順帶一提,下午茶係冇下午茶餐,係午餐嘅價錢

第二個係海南雞飯 

個油飯味道算係ok,普普通通嘅味道,無咩好出色嘅油飯香。
雞唔知點解有一半係好嫩滑,另外一半係好鞋口,有一兩件都仲有少少啫喱,味道都係普普通通,無咩特色。
但不得不提,嗰三碟醬完全個味道就唔知點,豉油唔夠香,個辣嘅就唔夠酸辣,個薑蓉亦都唔夠薑味。 


食後感:叻沙比海南雞飯味道好得多,如果係要食嘅話,我只會再返去食叻沙。
