To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說我係一個非常鍾意食叻沙嘅人,雖然喺香港食叻沙十次有九次半中伏,不過我仍然屢敗屢戰屢戰屢敗,so far都係失望而回,不過今次呢間位於黃大仙嘅食肆竟然有驚喜。我覺得一碗好味嘅叻沙,最緊要就係d麵同米粉要吸盡個湯底嘅精華,可惜喺香港食到嘅叻沙,基本上都做唔到呢一點,不過呢間ok喎。第二樣重要嘅就係佢個湯底嘅濃淡度,唔可以太杰又唔可以稀,所以d芽菜同豆腐卜會唔會出太多水都會有影響。第三樣嘢就係隻蛋,不能過熟,同埋又唔好係凍嘅。最後先至到其他配料夠唔夠新鮮,可惜通常前面已經fail晒唔洗講落去。不過今次唔同,呢間嘅叻沙掂。
