灣仔的確很多食肆,早前與朋友去到船街,左挑右選,入了QMO吃個寫意午餐,頭盤、主菜、甜品都不缺,而且碟碟都吃得我們津津有味!今次點了幾款signature菜與朋友分享. 我會稱這份為tapas, 因為感覺 '很西班牙', octopus carpaccio with potato vinaigrette 有爽口熟八爪魚片,與拌了蘋果醋的薯蓉同吃,口感豐富,蘋果醋只是吊味,減輕薯蓉的飽滯度,但薯蓉本身很幼滑,越吃越想吃!西班牙虎皮青椒,甜味最先攻佔口腔,隨後有少少微辛,但不持久,是那麼短暫的熱情.Hokkaido scallop trio combo 北海道帶子三煮, 分別以燒、慕絲及他他做法,煮出三種獨特的味道. 燒帶子,烤味濃,面層燒得金黃,好惹味,外脆內軟,而且夠厚肉,他他亦是常見做法,即帶子刺身,品嚐帶子的原汁原味,嫩滑口感難以忘懷. 當中最特別必定是慕絲做法,把帶子攪醉後做成長條形狀,彈牙之餘帶檸汁的清新. 沒記錯的話應該屬於法國菜, 青口、蝦、蕃茄湯配炸白飯魚, 湯底充滿濃濃的蕃茄味, 有點稠, 海鮮料十分足, 全都夠實淨, 而伴碟的白飯魚炸得香脆, 不過要惹味些, 當然沾
