To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環好多西式餐廳但今日試咗嘅呢間冰室竟然係比較少有嘅南洋風都幾特別😯😯 上差館街有少少遠離市區世外桃源既感覺而冰室既門面裝修以至餐牌設計都好有南洋既風味🙊 我都諗咗一陣點形容因為其實叫我講咩係南洋風格我又講唔出但間冰室又真係有😂 係懷𡚒得嚟又企理六十年代文青？餐牌上有好多唔同既特色食物既有茶記多選擇嘅精髓菜式又比普通餐廳特別我地今次就叫左一個午餐同一個常餐常餐叫左黃薑雞扒麵配多士、火腿蛋再轉特飲龍眼冰黃薑雞扒唔係淨係改個名玩gimmick 真係幾入味同一般茶餐廳嘅港式煎雞扒好唔同 😳 黃薑味又我中意既福麵好襯正👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 多士、火腿蛋正常發揮啦龍眼冰幾正！有成8-9粒龍眼仲有另上賣相靚仔既梳打就算要加13蚊都抵啦朋友食既係炭燒豬頸肉飯明顯同泰式豬頸肉做法唔同顏色偏深但唔好以為佢燶！其實豬頸肉燒得好爽口加埋個醬有少少叉燒既感覺呢種煮法幾有新鮮感我地都好中意🤣最後埋單唔使150 環境舒適食物又有特色唔錯😛
