To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於收到某信用咭的短訊被告知6月份被選為特選客戶在某商場購物滿五百即可換取一百蚊的美心中菜現金劵, 同時間再有商場本身送的”士打北”二十五蚊現金劵,按百分比計算算係幾優惠下的, 但每次都要只簽五百亦有些難度, 一個月下來儲備了一些美心中菜現金劵及士打北”二十五蚊現金劵, 因為中菜劵是專為中菜而設, 美心旗下的其他菜系是不能使用的, 所以在這6 月的最後一天我們決定了到大會堂的美心皇宮, 大概半年前來了一次飲茶印象不錯,這個星期日有打電話來book位, 都要到20:30才有位, 不過唔打緊反正之前都會去商場買點東西, 我們差不多在20:45到達, 之前的客人還在, 絕大部份一家大細, 無論一家四口又或者十幾人一張枱的都是一家人去酒樓食飯那種感覺, 但當這批人走後就再入來的客人不多了, 即係如果下次想再來的話都係避開正餐時間會容易入座好多, 我們當天試了三餸一湯/白飯一碗:燒味雙拼 $98– 燒鵝/义燒, 燒鵝皮唁夠脆, 但當然明白這要求有點過份, 肉質夠淋滑惜沒什麼鵝的騷味, 义燒比想像中瘦不過肉質都還算淋同有肉汁的, 只是味偏濃且蜜汁味很出, 尤其是碟底個汁, 用來撈飯可以食兩碗, 當

這裡晚飯茶芥$15/位, 花生$15/碟總括來說: 來這裡飲茶比晚飯精彩
