To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚心血來潮,想同家人一起吃個晚餐,於是到家人附近的杏花邨商場覓食。家人想吃中菜,我看了看商場的樓層指南標示有一間稻香酒家,便決定到那兒吃飯。平日晚上人不太多,侍應讓我們任意選擇想坐下的位置。侍應的服務態度不錯,主動地向我們推介今期的熱賣菜式。我們點了一個「海貝淮香奮鬥雞」,湯底加入了海蜆,所以比較鮮甜,淮山完全吸收了雞及蜆的鮮味,雞肉入口鮮嫩,整體感覺不錯。我們還點了「蟲草花浸時蔬」,這次用上了娃娃菜,娃娃菜吸收了以雜菌及蟲草花煮成湯的精華,所以味道鮮甜。每個餸菜的份量十足,我們點了數樣已很足夠,希望下次能嚐嚐他們其他的特色小菜,如:「滾下滾下龍躉仔」。
