事源好掛住台中南區既鹵味 因為台北既好多都無酸菜,加左酸菜既鹵味惹味好多,係台灣既每晚都買番酒店配啤酒香港鹵水店好多,但無乜係會加酸菜同埋有台灣既鹵水食物,e.g.豆干、豆包、百頁豆腐、素腰花、甜不辣⋯⋯知道頂好香鹵味係會加酸菜仲有咁多台灣食材,就想去重拾下台灣味道,可惜依到係唔會食到回憶,因為完全係唔同味!第一鹵水味唔係好夠,食材亦唔係好入味。第二,酸菜唔香唔酸唔爽口,得個鹹字。第三,鹵水汁係哂底,唔乾爽,亦當然無台灣夜市額外調味既粉。同埋其實覺得貴貴地,但叫做有啲台灣野食食下頂下癮囉
